You can use a credit card/debit card, internet banking, and cash on delivery to make your purchases.
If the amount has been deducted from your account but you have not received any confirmation from us, you can contact our customer support team and provide the following information –
- Transaction details/email address/contact number.
- Full description of the product you have ordered.
- The amount debited from the account.
- If the amount has been deducted from your account but you have not received any confirmation from us, your payment will be transferred from our payment gateway to you within the scheduled business hours.
We’ve discovered that while the vast majority of our customers have legitimate complaints, and we go to great measures to ensure a positive user experience, certain accounts/users take advantage of our generous return/exchange policies. These accounts frequently return things, refuse to accept our shipments, or claim reimbursement for problems for which we are not responsible, leaving our regular/genuine customers without support.
